We’re a private, reservation-based fitness space. You book a fully equipped space for yourself (and your guests) and avoid the crowds and chaos of traditional gyms.
There’s also no long-term contract like a regular gym - everything is month-to-month.
You can reserve a private workout space (an Alcove) for 45-minute sessions. All bookings include complimentary access to our open gym zone (The Bay) before and after your session.
If you need more time, you can also book back-to-back sessions (e.g., 9:00–10:30 AM).

Yes! You can bring a friend, trainer, or client with you to train. There may be a small additional fee depending on your plan and the type of session.

Yes.
– If you're a member: you can add an outside trainer for a per-session fee during the booking process.
– If you're a trainer: you can sign up for one of our trainer plans and bring your own clients.
