ONLINE SERVICES TERMS OF USE
ALCOVE FITNESS WEBSITE & ONLINE SERVICES TERMS OF USE
Effective date: August 15, 2026
These Terms govern use of Alcove Fitness LLC's website, online account interfaces, booking interfaces, and other public-facing online services (collectively, the "Online Services"). They do not replace an applicable Membership Agreement, trainer agreement, Participant Waiver, or other separately executed contract. By accessing or using the Online Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Online Services.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an ordinary Alcove membership account unless Alcove expressly permits otherwise. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, preventing unauthorized use of your account, and promptly notifying Alcove of suspected unauthorized access.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the Online Services only for lawful purposes consistent with the function offered. You may not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, impersonate another person, systematically scrape information without authorization, introduce malware or harmful code, use automated tools in a manner that imposes an unreasonable burden, or use the Online Services for fraud or other unlawful activity.
3. Memberships, Reservations, and Purchases
Memberships, facility reservations, payments, cancellations, refunds, and trainer access are governed by the applicable agreement, plan terms, and Alcove policies displayed or provided at purchase or onboarding.
4. Fitness Information
General fitness information provided through the Online Services is educational only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not individualized medical advice, medical diagnosis, physical therapy, or medical treatment.
5. Intellectual Property
The Alcove name, branding, website content, photographs, graphics, designs, copy, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Alcove unless otherwise indicated. You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected material without authorization except as permitted by law.
6. Third-Party Services
The Online Services may use or link to third-party membership, booking, payment, map, analytics, communication, or other services. Alcove is not responsible for the independent content, availability, or practices of unaffiliated third-party services, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Privacy
Use of personal information is described in Alcove's Privacy Policy. Alcove also maintains a separate Video Surveillance Notice for the physical facility.
8. Availability and Changes
Alcove does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Online Services. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, internet disruption, security issues, or other events may affect availability. Alcove may update the Online Services and these Terms prospectively.
9. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Online Services are provided without a guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing Law; Severability
These Terms are governed by District of Columbia law. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
